What documentation is acceptable as a proof of source of funds (SoF)?

Type
Required documents
Sale of investment/liquidation investment portfolio
investment/savings certificates and bank statements clearly showing receipt of funds and investment company name. Documentation provided should be issued in the name of the customer.
Sale of property
sales agreement or contract (outlining the terms, conditions, and sale price) and bank statement (showing the transaction history of the received funds from the sale proceeds). Documentation provided should be issued in the name of the customer.
Company sale
copy of contract of sale and a bank statement showing these funds being deposited into the account. Documentation provided should be issued in the name of the customer.
Company profits
copy of the latest audited company accounts; OR • copy of the latest annual accounting report. Documentation provided should be issued in the name of the customer.
Fixed Deposits/Savings
savings statement; OR • bank statement. Documentation provided should be issued in the name of the customer.
Loan
loan agreement or other documents confirming the agreement and a bank statement showing these funds being deposited into the account. Documentation provided should be issued in the name of the customer.
Investors
Investor agreement or contract (detailing the terms, conditions, and investment terms agreed upon); AND • List of investor's purchases of shares; AND • Company's bank statement (showing the transaction history of the incoming funds from investors). Documentation provided should be issued in the name of the customer.
Compensation Pay-out
letter/court order from the compensating body and a bank statement showing these funds being deposited into the account. Documentation provided should be issued in the name of the customer.
Sales of goods or services
copy of the contract of buy/sale/production and a bank statement showing these funds being deposited into the account; • proof of e-shop sale report (screenshot) with the list of items/services sold and a bank statement showing these funds being deposited into the account; • shipping documents and a bank statement showing these funds being deposited into the account; • proof of delivery and a bank statement showing these funds being deposited into the account; • audited financial report. Documentation provided should be issued in the name of the customer.
Trading profits that have been made on other brokers or exchange platforms
screenshots of the transaction history displaying profits and screenshots of the exchange account displaying customer account details. Documentation provided should be issued in the name of the customer.
Income from services that were received in cryptocurrency (e.g. affiliate income or other services)
Invoices for services that have been paid for in cryptocurrencies; AND • Screenshots of the wallet proving that amounts indicated under the invoices were paid. Documentation provided should be issued in the name of the customer.
Initial Coin Offering (ICO)
for token sales: copy of contract confirming payment made in virtual currency; OR • for ICOs: signed contract, including the full name of the ICO; AND • transaction history documents that document purchase and withdrawal of the token (wallet addresses and transaction ID); AND • bank statement, if a fiat currency was used for investing. Documentation provided should be issued in the name of the customer.
Staking (Master Nodes)
screenshots of the transaction history on which deposits, withdrawals and profits are visible; OR • screenshots of the transaction history on which withdrawals to the customer are visible; AND • wallet addresses and transaction IDs. Documentation provided should be issued in the name of the customer.
Airdrops
screenshots of the transaction history, on which the deposits and withdrawals of the customer are visible; AND • virtual currency wallet addresses and transaction IDs. Documentation provided should be issued in the name of the customer.
Coin or token swaps
screenshots of the transaction history (virtual currency wallet addresses and transaction IDs). Documentation provided should be issued in the name of the customer.
