Why wasn’t my card accepted?

The payment wasn’t approved by your bank or payment provider. This is usually related to card settings, bank restrictions, spending limits, or the transaction type not being supported for your card.


What you can do:

  • Check if online payments are enabled for your card
  • Make sure you haven’t reached your card limits
  • Contact your bank to understand the reason for the decline
  • Try another card or payment method
