Why wasn’t my document accepted for verification?

The document you submitted can’t be used for verification. This usually happens when the document was issued in a country that isn’t currently supported in our verification process.


What you can do:

  • Upload a document issued in a supported country
  • Try using a different valid document, if available
  • Contact Support if you believe your document should be accepted
